The Google Boys

In class the other day we watched how we know of Google today. Two Stanford college Ph.D. student drop-outs Larry Cage and Surge Brim helped create a new field of marketing for searching items on the world wide web. Both of their dreams were simple: to make searching for webpages faster than ever possibly even under a second. In order to do this they made a super computer out of Legos and spare hard drives. They called this the googlebot and it was able to gather multiple web pages and archived them to be used as search results for anybody to access them.
